The newest buyers who have already decided to make Ironworks their new home will get to move in as soon as this summer. We are forming foundations on the next nine two story lofts in Phase III as we are almost sold out of Phase II inventory. We still have a couple of Silver and Gold Lofts available at the lower Phase II pricing that will overlook the new park! We are selling these on a first come, first served basis.

The weather is warming up so you know what that means; Brewfest season is here. Be sure to attend the sixth annual Raley Field Brewfest, this Friday May 18, 2012 from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

Raley Field’s sixth-annual Brewfest event will take place on Friday, May 18, 2012, from 7-10 p.m., with the VIP portion of the event set for 6-7 p.m. For the first time in the event’s history, all of the festivities will take place on the Raley Field outfield, with vendors set up in a quarter-mile semi-circle around the perimeter of the playing surface and a stage set up near second base.
The 2012 Brewfest—a partnership between Raley Field and the Northern California Brewer’s Guild—is expected to be the largest in the event’s history, with more than 50 beer vendors set to attend. Local band “The Remedies” will be playing live music on the field, and food will be available for sale.

When: May 18 from 7-10 p.m.
Where: Raley Field, 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento
Cost: $30 advance, $35 at the door, $50 VIP
