Welcome to Verona in Davis, a new home community by Regis Homes of Sacramento. We’re very excited to bring you the first new home community to be built in Mace Ranch in over ten years!
Located at the corner of Fifth Street and Alhambra Drive, Verona is built to the City of Davis’ strict “Build It Green” standards and consists of 83 home sites. Fifty-nine (59) of the 83 are detached homes of which 22 are traditional street-fronting homes and 37 innovative “muse” homes. Muse homes have their entries facing onto fully landscaped areas (muses), with garages in the rear of the homes along an alley access. The remaining 24 are attached duets.
Verona homes range in size from approximately 750-1150 s.f. for the duets and approximately 1550-1800 s.f. for the rest of the homes. All of the houses are two stories, except a few single-level duet plans. Verona homes have 2 and 3 bedrooms with most plans offering an option for an additional bedroom.
